Pros – Work hours are always available including overtime opportunities, benefits include health insurance, dental, STD & LTD. Coworkers are easy to get along with. Flex spending account will allow health insurance premiums to be paid pre-tax.
Cons – High pressure Call Center situation at times. Management give the impression you should be thankful for the job at all. Very low hour;y rate to start with minimal pay increases. Employee portion of health insurance is too costly as it takes about 30% of your paycheck.
Advice to Senior Management – Value your call center employees, they are the people who earn the company its money.
