    Pros

The company provides very good learning platform for freshers who are interested in market research.

    Cons

The top management makes spontaneous and unrealistic targets. So there is no proper work life balance. There is no employee satisfaction in this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Kindly value your employees. The more they would be satisfied and happy more would be the quality output. And please don't expect things to happen over night.

I have been working at MarketsandMarkets full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

If you are good and ready to learn then there are excellent growth opportunities in this company. You get to handle individual projects very early in your job and good work is always well rewarded. The infrastructure is almost as good as the established IT firms and you will see improvements on a regular basis. Just focus on your work and you will be happy with the returns.

    Cons

HR department is a bit unprofessional in the way they operate everything. Overall, being a start-up the company is in a learning phase so sometimes you have to be patient for things to get moving.
Company has stopped providing affordable cab service for the employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just keep learning, improving, and growing and we will do the same with you.
Start cab services for employees living at remote locations.

I worked at MarketsandMarkets full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

If you belong to a tier-3 or lower quality academic institute then this organization is OK ( just for the sake of having a job).
But absolutely NO for someone from a premier academic institution (MDI/ISB/IIM/IIT) or with a very good prior work-ex. It is a KPO, having two divisions research & sales. 90% times there is a question mark on the credibility of their research reports and findings.

    Cons

You would be left with very very few exit opportunities if you join this company on sales side. BIGGEST problem is that its not a company /firm but a shop and it doesn't have an actual CEO. The current namesake CEO doesn't have any corporate & academic credentials and runs the organization like a typical traditional Indian shop.
Attrition rate is very high. No hiring takes place until one signs an employment agreement of 1 to 1.5 years. This agreement gives the senior management wings and a legal right to torture the employees. Employees just wait for the employment period to to end so that they can leave.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire an actual CEO. There is lot more to running a corporate organization than just minting money and sucking people's lives and blood for it. Check the dictionary meaning or just google to find out what is Corporate Vision & Mission and their importance.
Stop posting advertisements which states that you have hired from top Indian b-schools. Do a reality check, attrition among top talent is more than 50% and some had to resort to extreme measures (leaving before the end of legal agreement period) because of your continuous torture and blood sucking. Try to show some leadership by doing those things yourself which you want others to do it for you. Tagging yourself with hallowed academic portals of India to attract top-notch talent won't help you, so don't do it.
