    friendly people and overtime is a plus

    Cons

    unprofessional, don't value their employees, not acceptable to change, liars, back stabbers, no job security

    Learn to evolve and be open to change. Value your employees.

    MPS is a good place to get experience and learn. They believe in giving you the training in many areas that will assist in your success.

    The firm is very departmentalized.

    Flexible working hours. Great experience for someone looking to stay within the Real Estate accounting indutsry

    Salary. Although hours aren't as harsh as other public firms, salary is significantly lower in comparison.

    Challenging, friendly environment, people know your name, company pays for the overtime

    Promotions - it takes to long to get promoted and they have to many levels, Salary.

    Pros

    Less micro management than some. Great location. Power structure defined by individuals, rather than a set protocol to go through

    Cons

    Variability in amounts of work and time commitment. Head down work culture. Benefits are minimal. Hierarchy is essentially credentialism and tenure.
