Former Employee - Marketing in Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

I worked at Marks & Spencer Reliance India full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    1. Its a growing company with lots of potential for more growth in the coming years
    2. Open and very vibrant culture. The average age of employees is between 25 - 30 years

    Cons

    1. Organisation is a huge element of M&S UK and has a lot of control
    2. sometimes, creative aspects die due to lots of perimeters and boundaries to do things. So, either adapt yourself to the M&S way or move out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get more people oriented and be open to feedback and reviews. Implement 360 degree reviews of processes and employees (bosses as well). It will open a huge discussion and get more workable inputs.
