    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I read most of the reviews before joining and now as well. They need to do some modifications to the Marketing team structure as well as the way it operates. This helps the company to grow faster.

    Pros

Very transparent company. They work by the book and are very accessible. Staff is very friendly. GC staff is very knowledgeable.

    Cons

The percentage system isn't the greatest though you can negotiate. Job search team isn't the greatest either, but if you are good, it won't matter.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the percentage system to the way industry works. Employees feel cheated no matter what. Improve you job search team.
