Advice to Senior Management – the management is Awesome and need no advice the fact the you have people from 30 +40 years of service says it all.

Pros – The people and the work environment. Leadership is committed to helping employees learn and grow. The company sets high standardsof quality, values, and ethics.

Cons – The company is very mature. Sometimes it is hard for long term employees to adapt or accept changes made to processes. This inability leads to frustration in other departments when current processes or not followed because the employee believes that the 'old way is the best way'. Senior employees are always referencing the past and don't look to the future.
