    Since changing to a publically traded company from privately owned, it is much more challenging to meet goals.

    I worked at Marmon Group as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    I was assigned multiple projects throughout the summer and I was able to work on them from the drawing/concept phase, all the way to the prototyping phase

    Cons

    There aren't any cons that I can think of regarding my experience at Marmon. It was truly an amazing experience

    I appreciate how open the upper management was to the ideas the interns had

    Acceptable benefits, mostly reasonable hours.

    Cons

    Disrespectful superiors, no movement between business units, relatively low compensation, corporate dress code at headquarters.
