“Don't waste your time subbing there.”

Pros – The pay is amazing for substitute teaching and they do give you a free lunch everyday. The other teachers are all amazing and help you every step of the way.
Cons – Some of the principals at the grade schools are amesome to work for and understand how to manage a school but the rag tag group of misfits at the middle school are terrible. They do not show appreciation for teachers that are not their pets and frequently yell at their teachers in front of the students. If you are an exceptional substitute teacher you will not be rewarded but instead passed up for higher paying long term jobs and even higher paying permanent positions. Don't waste your time subbing here.
Advice to Senior Management – Once in awhile a great assistant principal will come through Marquardt but that's all they do. The head principal there is so incompetent that most of the work falls on him or her and they leave for another school. Cut off the head and that place would be a dream to work at.
