I worked at Marquette University full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

If you're looking to work in higher education, Marquette is the university to work for in the Milwaukee area. The tuition remission to continue your education for yourself, spouse or dependents is a fantastic benefit. The culture is very good and the students are amazing. There is a sense of respect and appreciation from all levels of management throughout the university. In a increasing competitive environment, Marquette is doing everything right to stay ahead of the game and putting the right leaders to lead the university.

    Cons

Some departments have little to no room for advancing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep finding way to become more efficient and find ways to diversify the student population and workforce.
