- Incompetent Managers
- Very Profit Driven
- Low Hours for non-management
- Segregation inside the hotels
- No Cooperation between departments
- Select service brands seen as inferior internally
Advice to Senior Management – Allow your staff to control their own destiny a little more. Don't focus so much on your hours but on what is needed to satisfy the guests that are in the hotel. Full time employees should get their 40 hours. Other than that keep up the good work...
