Pros
The Employee benefits were generally good. Hotel rooms from $35-$69 at the employee rate and free food constantly.
Cons
Too much responsibility, little pay. Management and superiors do least amount of work possible.
Advice to Senior Management
Management on the individual hotel needs be supervised heavily. The company as a whole is great, but on the personal level management could be a bit big-headed.

The hours are poor. You work with rude customers all day. The pay is poor. Management isn't helpful

the compensation for my position is decent but this is not the case for other postitions.

there is a general disrespect that comes from senior management. The staff areas of the hotel are dirty and unsafe. the elevators we are required to take are consistently breaking down and leaving employees stuck inside.

treat all employees with more respect and instead of going through the motions of showing you care, try genuinely caring about the people who make your hotel run.

Toughen up the adherence policy and get rid of agents who cannot speak with enhanced verbiage
