    Great opportunity!

ProsMarsh spares no expense for their employees. Tenure runs very high in the office to prove how much Marsh values their employees. The training process is comprehensive, inclusive, and every detail has been thought out. Staff is committed to a team environment and supporting each other. Resources are always available to help out employees. There is a high degree of professionalism in the office.

ConsBeing a very large company, there are many processes and workflows you have to learn to do your job correctly. Once you learn them it's no big deal. I really can't think of any major cons to working at Marsh.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement has been great. I'd love to meet more of the leadership, but I understand this is difficult as Marsh is nationwide.

ProsWell if your lucky to get a bonus then that is one of the best reason to work at Marsh USA inc.

ConsLack of communitcation, leadership, ownership of responsability. Micromanagement... i.e. what did you do yesterday , why did it take you an hour to complete a project that should have only taken u 15 mins. Having supervisors walk around to ensure your at your desk. Losing best talent because no money, yet Marsh had one of the best years in 2009.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay your people what they are worth and maybe they will stick around longer.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
