    You are exposed to a lot of intelligent people and high level risk management clients. You can learn a lot from the people around you and there are plenty of opportunities for growth. The company culture is positive and management seems to truly care about the employees.

    Cons

    You can be expected to work long hours at times.

    We do not have adequate technology to perform our jobs. Constantly changing things - consolidating, moving departments, outsourcing.
