Great co workers. Everyone pulls together to get the job done, despite low morale. Full sick pay for 12 weeks. Apart from this not a lot to be fair.Cons
Dickensian management, victimisation and bullying an everyday problem. Health and safety when it suits. Everyone is too scared of losing thier job to complain about anything, it's that kind of culture, beware!Advice to ManagementAdvice
