    Pros

You can make good money there but you have o bee willing to work the hours for it, you can't be lazy!!

    Cons

Management needs to bee on the same page instead of different answers from different people, and do what they say they are gonna do

    Advice to Management

Treat your workers better, treat them with respect and stop changing the routs around all the time so you can count on the same paycheck week after week

    Pros

good pay, 40 hrs a week, they supply uniform and gear

    Cons

long hours, harsh environments (take the freezer for example, its kept between 0 and -10 at all times) and you stay til the works done, its not a punch in at 9 out at 5 job, you stay til its done even if it takes you til 6hrs before your next shift. most managment pretty cool, alot of BS and false promises of advancement. give bs titles to try and justify the extra work. they harp about getting no over time, when its almost impossible to get done in the "standard" they set. one day a week i could see, but thats busting your butt skipping breaks and working through your lunch.

NO OUTSIDE LIFE, you work 40+ hours a week, and unless your hopped up on meth, there is no way you could have energy to have a life outside of work, its sleep eat work sleep

    Advice to Management

lower your standard for pickers to something realistic, standard only gets hit when everything goes absolutely right, and thats only happened once to me in 6 months (or you've been there 1.5+ years) which explains your turn around rate being so high, ive seen more people start and leave than are actively employed!
