“Revolving door of employees at the corporate and dealership level”
Former Employee – worked at Martin Management Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – Benefits are offered within 90 days of employment.
Cons – This company is trying to expand too quickly beyond their means which results in a revolving door of employees at all their dealerships and at the corporate level. A very unstable work environment with an inexperienced owner.
