    Wonderful opportunity to learn a lot of things in less time. You can get to manage big projects, huge responsibilities early in your career

    Big company, lots of exposure to the automobile industry.

    Cons

    Interns are given departments to which they have no correlation to, and the intern will have no say in this. Also, none of the internships are paid.

    Less salary, extremely bad atmosphere for women to grow in the organisation, non employee friendly, don't take care of women's safety if working hours are late, workers don't respect women, school type culture (restrictions on phone, internet, eating timings)
