good working culture. good co-workers. convenient cafe. Flexible hours. but, long hour though. Some politics. but, it's quite minimal compare to other big companies.

Need to think of career path for employee. Not neccessary it's promotion or money. But, more recognition, more variety will motivate your employees.

Successful company that makes great products. Good salary packages and comparable benefits for employees. Wonderful benefits department and helpful HR people.

As a contractor I understand there is a different dynamic, but this company makes you feel like a total outcast even while working there.

Get rid of ICon as your contractor company. There are so many better companies that actually take care of your contractors.

So many talents in that firm, culture is great. but the managment expect you to work long hours.
Salary is slightly above market rate.

Long working hours, sometime unreasonable demand from seniors. but it's ok, everybody is expect to work long hours, without overtime paid.

good firm to work for. should increase the number of paid vacation to compensate long working hours. stock price should go up more
