Marvell Technology Reviews
-
Pros
Lots of opportunity to gain in depth technical knowledge and experience. While communication is very poor, there are really no secrets and you can find out anything if you know what and who to ask
Cons
No visibility into future opportunities. Philosophy is that employees will develop technically as individual contributors without an increase in scope. Expectation is that you will contribute technically and move on when you are ready..
Advice to Senior Management
clarify career paths and opportunities. Management is very competent technically, but I have concerns about bandwidth to successfully manage the business. Marvell needs to become a business it no longer an entrepreneurial startup.
