Pros – Ability for job growth in a short amount of time.

Current Employee – been working at Maryhaven Center of Hope part-time

Pros – -When you have built rapport with an individual, its pretty awesome
-You're helping and teaching a population that many look down upon

Cons – -Management sucks
-People, including coworkers, will tell on you because you're always being watched
-Horrible pay compared to what you do

Advice to Senior Management – Be willing to listen to your employees and appreciate them.
