    Pros

Great management, benefits and coworkers. It was a great working environment.

    Cons

    Only 1 branch in Kuwait.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have worked in local banks here in Kuwait, but i have not witnessed such dedicated upper management to the succession of the branch. Kuwait Branch Upper management is involved in day to day operations and ensures the smoothness of the workflow. The management is also aimed at achieving the competitive target and ensures the hiring of talented staff. Some staff are inexperienced and complain about the competitive atmosphere/environment. Employees whom face challenges growing should seek a less competitive environment or shift careers to less responsibility.

They give a high salary to compensate on the daily indignity and insults that are thrown towards the Kuwait staff by sr. Management.

Staff Turnover is seldom more than 6 months, and other Kuwait banks view Mashreq Kuwait employees as sub-par given their acceptance of demeaning and masochistic positions.
