I worked at Masonic Villages for less than a year

    Pros

Some benefits but even though they promise health insurance from day ONE never received ANY!

    Cons

POOR training, Unfriendly, honestly. The long-time employees were very unhappy there. After I got in I found out long-time employees who had stood up for themselves GOT FIRED. There are numerous right ups, pretty demoralizing.
Perhaps, you will make the grade but I did not fit...and was not accepted. a very clickish, and pretty unfriendly. Example, I was paid several dollars less per hour than was in my interview. Regret I opened this door...maybe upper management does not know these practices...I am thinking they probably do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Replace management....a family has taken over the system!!
