I have been working at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

After 6 months you can take courses at $0 for tuition. The potential growth of the organization due to the large grants for the Science and Technology Center MCLA will house.

    Cons

    Mismanagement of resources
    Toxic culture/environment
Indifference at senior officer level to issues presented

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Live the values and manage the culture and get management / supervisory training

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
