    Pros

Nice people, low-stress enviornment. Some mid-management are extremly helpful and will go out of thier way for thier subordinates. Pay is competitive and 6% match on your 401k is far beyond what many companies offer.

    Cons

Very little room to stand out, boring repetitive work OR frustrating phone calls with insured. Some aspects of the the workflow are poorly managed. Insurance in general is not an exciting field and as such job-satisfaction is low. Suggestions for improving the company from low-end employees not often considered. Communication between departments is bad and be quite frustrating at time. Most employees and management don't seem to care about policy holders in the slightest.

    Advice to Management

Stop wasting so much time and money with ineffiecent workflows and streamline the application/inspections proccesses.
