I worked at Massimo Dutti full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Very friendly and outgoing colleagues. Net compensation 1,100-1,300 GBP per month for a start without commission.

    Cons

Management usually with no formal education, which makes it difficult to understand their rational in decision making. There is some overtime which is not paid. Many people expect to get into head office, but it is rare case.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Retain key people that deliver good results and motivate them to stay. This would reduce high turnover, stabilize revenues.
