    Pros

    Great helpful people, no salary issues or anything.

    Cons

    Marketing is a little slow but they do find you a good project.

    Keep up the good work.

    Pros

    1) Very good legal team. They take care of all Immigration issues.
    2) Salaray is in time as long as you are in project or at client site.
    3) Medical Benefits used to be one among the best when Mastech was part of iGate. But still OK benefits after spun off from iGate.

    Cons

    1) No salary reviews.
    2) Worst HR team I have ever seen in my carrer.
    3) No career growth or technical advancement.
    4) After spun off from iGate, benefits are decreasing year by year.
    5) No employer contribution for 401k plan.

    Advice to Management

    Do care about Employees / Consultants. Have yearly performance reviews. Do some salary increases year over year..Make employess happy, not only share holders of the company.
