ConsThe growing pains of expansion; how busy summer time is & the stress it can bring

Worst Job I have ever had.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsTheir are none for this company. It is the worst place that I have ever worked. Treatment of employees is very distasteful.

ConsHorrible to work for. Impossible to reach per piece room rate. Horrible management. Hard to get paid money that you are owed. Not paid for hours worked. No breaks. No lunch period even though required by law in Michigan. I had to wait 3 hours for my paycheck while staff was out of area. Lady in charge seemed to think it was a joke. Corporate is just as bad. I have no clue why any resort would use these people for their service. Horrible Horrible company to work for.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou are running a business so you should treat it as one. People do not work for free and deserve to get paid on time.

My experience with MasterCorp was Neutral.

Executive Housekeeper (Former Employee) Scottsdale, AZ

ProsFor management positions the training and benefits are good.
    Experienced housekeepers are paid well.

ConsHigh employee turnover rate at most sites. You have good core values, but your site managers don't practice them and there isn't enough appreciation for non-managerial employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe goal should be to retain employees, because constantly hiring new inexperienced people affect the overall scores and create negative guest experiences.
