    Pros

Matcor is able to obtain a decent staff as they usually start employees out at an acceptable pay rate with decent benefits. The rank and file employees are nice people.

    Cons

There is a top heavy management team at Matcor that is overpaid and ineffective. The company boasts an impressive web site but workers use outdated, inefficient, systems to perform their daily work.

    Advice to Management

Cut the fat at the top and hire some middle managers.

    Pros

-Good for those who prefer a smaller sized workforce within this private company. -After probation, pay is good - located at accessible area ( Buona vista)

    Cons

Not much career progression which leads to high turnover rate Good for fresh grads Working hours can sometimes be long

    Advice to Management

I'm sure if the company is willing to expand and hire more manpower everyone's workload will be even out and not be exhausted during peak periods
