    Pros

Good experience Understands that family comes first (sometimes)

    Cons

Noncompetitive pay, which has created a talent vacuum with a huge turnover rate. They ask everyone to keep their wages a secret because if everyone knew of the rampant wage inequality that goes on there half the people would quit. The fact that poorly paid hourly production staff are looked down on by the almost as poorly paid salaried sales and engineering types doesn't help. Very hard to actually get things done. Seemingly minor tasks take a thousand times longer due to everything having to be run through Belgium. Lots of promises of advancement, pay increases, etc that never materialize (pun intended). Poorly trained inexperienced production staff(due to high turnover), especially considering the high tech (expensive) nature of 3d-printing. Be prepared to figure everything out on your own.... Constant nagging for improvement by out of touch management although processes and equipment are inefficient and orders are consistently low. I was told to get my job done faster so I could then be the janitor and mop the floors and dust.... Company buys used, cheap equipment and machines that cause headaches and delays. Out of touch management at all levels. They try and make nice with the employees with a boxed lunch every once and awhile but thats as good of a gesture you're ever going to get out of this company. Gossip is rampant among the small staff. Late hours and weekends(somehow with little actual overtime) due to everyone figuring things out as they go along......... Will keep you on as a contract employee as long as possible in order to get all of the work from you with zero of the benefits from them.

    Advice to Management

I hope you have a plan-B once your competitors start printing their own parts now that 3d-printing hardware is more widespread and affordable.

    Pros

    1. Competent people working for the same goal, a better and healthier world. 2. Qualified peoples in different areas

    Cons

Product management and development teams sometimes stand quite far from eachother (things tend to go slow)

    Advice to Management

    1. Don't micromanage your people. "It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and then tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.". In my opinion that is a more logical approach. 2. Focus on certain products and refine them instead of trying lots of things without building a good eco-system around them. You can't do everything. 3. Working lean is one thing, that doesn't mean you should compromise on quality.

    Pros

    One of biggest pro's is a very good office - lot of everything is provided, starting from coffee points on every floor with coffee machines, lot of teas, clean water, cookies ;-) etc; and finishing with table tennis and PS3. Other stuff short: good people around - proactive and smart; management in Ukraine is very professional;

    Cons

Company is fast fast growing, so some problems with working space is present (overcrowded areas) Also business processes in development departments are being thoroughly reviewed with quality in mind so sometimes we receive more bureaucracy than we want

    Pros

Very good working environment, interesting domain, good work life balance, good colleagues.

    Cons

Average benefit, salary on low end of spectrum, kinda stingy on things (bonus, team building etc).

    Advice to Management

Main issue is the financial side of things. Should spend more to retain the current staff.
