1) Innovative technology, product company.
2) Talented team
3) Good employee benefit schemes
4) supportive staff
5) Good Location of work.
Cons
1) Slow Appraisal process
2) Funded company
3) Startup, so need slog a lot.
4) Hight expectations in less time for work.
Advice to Senior Management
If offered be prepared to slog. Work is good. Salary is not competitive. Ask for good offer when joining because appraisal process is slow.
