    Pros

If you need to build your resume after some bad firings or you're starting out new in the field of IT support. Very easy work, Windows-only support.

    Cons

Very low pay for comparable jobs in the industry, no benefits, no possibility of moving up (small company), very rare pay raises to match inflation (one pay raise for one person in 3 years)

    Advice to Management

While you may be trying to cut costs, and that is important, you need to offer at least somewhat comparable pay with other similar positions, or you'll continue to have a high turnover rate. No one wants to stay there because it's just a springboard to better paying jobs. Your best IT man makes only $13 an hour after a recent pay raise, when comparable small businesses pay $17-20. I made $15 an hour before coming here and being offered $10 an hour.
