    Waitress

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Gainesville, FL

ProsIt is a pretty straightforward job here because all you serve a rather close knit community. The sushi chefs are all really nice

ConsIt is a smaller restaurant so you cannot seat as many people. Some days during lunch time business is slow

Advice to Senior ManagementExpanding would be nice but not really feasible. The brand name is built up and well known so that is good

    Fun and easy

    Host (Current Employee)

ProsIt was not a hard job and they are going out of business March 30th because it was very slow

ConsYou have to work late hours and the guests can be rude. Also you aren't allowed to text on your phone even though there is nothing else to do

Advice to Senior ManagementWell, since Matsuri is closing I'd say that you will pry have to be working somewhere else and that it will be busier
