Pros – Making really good tips, less side jobs compare to other restaurants.
Cons – No other benefit... such as health insurance.

Pros – It is a pretty straightforward job here because all you serve a rather close knit community. The sushi chefs are all really nice
Cons – It is a smaller restaurant so you cannot seat as many people. Some days during lunch time business is slow
Advice to Senior Management – Expanding would be nice but not really feasible. The brand name is built up and well known so that is good
Pros – It was not a hard job and they are going out of business March 30th because it was very slow
Cons – You have to work late hours and the guests can be rude. Also you aren't allowed to text on your phone even though there is nothing else to do
Advice to Senior Management – Well, since Matsuri is closing I'd say that you will pry have to be working somewhere else and that it will be busier
