    Leadership void, no clear direction

    (Current Employee)
    New York, NY

ProsHalf-day Friday (while that benefit lasts), pockets of decent people, good -- but waning -- brands.

ConsExtreme cut-throat politics, beyond the norm of large corporate environments. Ethical mindset of past management draining away as panic sets in around declining business. Sustainability and social responsibility are PR fluff with no actual substance -- he only thing that matters is cost savings and cheap labor.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat people with respect, not as cheap disposable toys. With no solid prospects for the next few years and a bleak outlook in a stagnant industry, know that being good to your people is key to fueling a creative culture to perform well and innovate. Stop the in-fighting and focus on the business.

    – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
