    Pros

No reasons I can come with to state any pros.

    Cons

    Low salary
    Lala company
Once I resigned after wasting my five years in this namesake of a company they make me stay 2 days at office just to get the release paper.

I worked at Maventic full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Well there are both pros and cons in every job you pick up. The pros for Maventic are such as work from home (not for entry level), free lunch, paid leaves and trips to wonderla and other places (varies with the team budget) . The everyday best part to work for Maventic, is there is no formals on weekday except on Monday. Please note: Every week Saturdays and Sunday are off however, exception might be there.

    Cons

To list out cons for Maventic is quite hard, as I feel it is a very subjective term. Though the very much required facility like cab is not at all provided. Whether it is late night or early morning you are leaving from work you must have your own vehicle or any conveyance source. As the company is not liable for it. If you have workload and you need to stay back then you must know that there is no security guard at night in office. Though it is safe but you must know that you are working late hours at your own risk.
Also, you don't get a gym membership or gym facility.

actually i don't see anything pros except SAP domain.

    Cons

    no brand name.
    less salary.
    no work to do.
    no bonus in between year.
    no appreciation.
    horrible heat inside company.
    no management.
    no project for new guys.
all employee in bench except 9-10 guys.
2.5 yrs legal bond with huge amount.

For SAP i heard career opportunity is good...but this company will ruin your career by forcing you to sit like a dull...and also 3 months long notice period.
