Former Employee – worked at Maveric Systems full-time for more than a year
Pros – Lot to learn in the field of Testing, Perfect in implementation of STLC, Process oriented.
Cons – Bonds and agreement based, Biased in appraisals, lot of politics, given more importance to Domain people compared to the technical resources, Overseas opportunities should be on performance based but not on individual basis
Advice to Senior Management – Give equal importance to Technical and Domain based resources, Employee benefits should be implemented as discussed during the annual meets,Overseas opportunities should be applicable to all the resources for a limited duration, employee should be given the opportunity to explore more domains, concentrate more on the billable resources in terms of conducting extra circular activities,
