I worked at Max Brenner full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Chocolate all over the place,

    Cons

Small co. they don't have systems in place. They micromanage everything.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The brand will be difficult to grow if the senior management continues to be un inclusive. There seems to be a strangle hold on creativity and outside thinking which in the long run will hurt the co. ability to adapt to the ever changing business of hospitality. If you are staying and standing still your competitors will eventually surpass you by adapting to the market.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
