Pros – - Best facility
- Family - work balance, MDC kita near by
MDC has all the latest technology in the field of Molecular Medicine. Charite is near by so we can collaborate easily with physicians and get clinical data
Cons – - No concession for Students in Mensa
Advice to Senior Management – Better salary for PhD student

“Work enperience in the MDC-Berlin”
Current Employee – been working at Max-Delbrück-Center
Pros – It is a topnotch research institute for Molecular Mecine in Europe.
Cons – It is located in the suburb of Berlin, quite far from the city center.
Advice to Senior Management – As a matter of fact that many employees work till evening, a canteen which runs till dinner time is highly recommended.
