    Pros

    Laid back ownership
    Some employee discounts

    Cons

    Mediocre pay at best
    Untrained ownership
    Encouraged to sell pro hormones/steroids

    Advice to Management

There needs to be better training across the board, Max Muscle has a lot of franchisees who work very hard but don't seem to know what to do from a business perspective. Very questionable business ethics. They will sell steroids under the guise of "nutrition plans"

    Pros

Easy going management and staff. Flexible hours. Business casual dress code.

    Cons

No meetings! All departments are on different pages and in the dark about whats going on in the rest of the office. Makes things difficult to manage, and decreases productivity.

    Advice to Management

Trust your employees and keep everyone in the loop

    Pros

Transformation Nation is a great store with a great atmosphere. They have fully customized plans to help you lose weight and gain muscle. Everybody there wants to help you change your life.

    Cons

The hours are nights and weekends, but you have the opportunity to make a decent commission if you work hard.

    Pros

Great hours, teach you a lot about nutrition and sales that you can use in your personal or business life.

    Cons

A lot of competition from other supplement companies. The franchise fees can be a pain in the neck but they do serve a purpose.

    Advice to Management

Try to be more available to the franchisees. The corporate staff are great people but they seem to be busy with other things when you need help.
