Details
Pros
Good place to start the job. Good hands on experience and friendly co-workers. Senior management is helpful as well. You get good exposure to new technologies and resources. Location is good. Facilities and benefits are quite good but nothing extra ordinary. Overall not a bad company to work for.
Cons
Pay is not great compared to competition. Growth opportunity limited.
Advice to Senior Management
Give more freedom and liberty for creativity in job.
