- Decent vacation timeCons
- Telecommuting is reserved for the very few
- Stressful work environment
- Management sweats the small stuff, not the big picture
- Not open to change or creativity, new ideas
- No 360-degree reviews, managers don't have accountability for way they manage their employees
- CheapAdvice to Senior Management
Value and invest in your employees. View them as people and give them the credit they deserve. Don't manage through fear and intimidation.
