    Pros

    cafeteria and facilities. nothing else

    Cons

    - Maxim published values are lip service only. In reality, management acts in the opposite way to the published values
    - Thinking about working here still gives me nightmares
    - Employees are not really valued (again there is lip service but reality is different)
    - Cannot believe anything middle management says

    Advice to Management

    Be sincere and honest

    Pros

Very good People. Good medical, dental, 401k, life insurance benefits.

    Cons

Poor Leadership from CEO and CEO Staff, lack of accountability, bonus differentiation is very weak (very socialistic approach where everyone fits in "boxes"). Very weak HR, QA. Great culture of the past is gone.

    Advice to Management

Politics with the Executive Team is not being controlled by CEO. CEO has a blind spot assessing leadership and integrity of others.

    Cons

Need more resources for support groups.

    Advice to Management

More aggressive effort to grow revenue.

    Pros

Really good place to go to gain experience for a couple years, but not a place to stay for a long time. Lots of people are really nice.

    Cons

Stock has grown at a snails pace, they love to blame their customers for their internal problems. The employee voice is lacking in the company.

    Advice to Management

Stop blaming your customers for your poor performance. It really is embarrassing. Tunc- just say you made mistakes and you are fixing them. Accountability is really the best way to go here.
