Pros
small office, pets allowed, convenient location, casual dress code, limitless learning potential regarding internet and advertising industries; global scope, youthful
Cons
immature twentysomething "clique" mentality, nonexistent review structure, wretchedly low payscale, no benefits, unstable management and structure, nonexistent HR contact person
Advice to Senior Management
pay decent wage, provide health insurance to ALL, create a formal HR contact, stop the clique mentality, hire older employees
Pros
If you are unemployed, starving and desperate. It's a shame because they are a unique company with a great service.
Cons
Unethical business practices, blatantly abusive treatment of employees. Former employees denied commission and vacation pay due them, in spite of their own written company policy. One employee was let go while she was at a family member's funeral (cold!). High turnover of employees (no surprise). Also, poor communication between the offices overseas. There is no team work, poor communication of project info, even with vital information such as timelines, and your opinion is not sought after or respected - basically work is dropped on your lap and you're just expected to "get it done." This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had in ANY job.
Advice to Senior Management
A management overhaul.
