    Pros

    Family environment
    Knowledgeable colleagues
    Increasingly challenging clients
    Fast growing company
Really motivated and hard working staff
Everyone is really approchable, always willing to give a hand and teach new things

Too many clients assigned so you get extremely busy.
Salary lower compared to market standards
    No paid overtime
Still very small so not known in Japan, this is bad if you want to jump ship later.
    No formalized training

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide more training
Pay overtime please, it will compensate the low pay
Should be tougher on clients regarding out of scope requests, it will considerably reduce costs.

    Pros

Good level of compensation, perks, promotions.

    Cons

a tough culture of stabbing in the back. Everything you say is turned against you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

HR lack of judgment. (Evaluations should be objective and most of the time, senior associates evaluate juniors on a subjective basis leading to frustrations. The result is that HR would blame you and say that you are not consistent in your work as sometimes you have good evaluations and sometimes not)

Current Employee - Junior Auditor in Casablanca (Morocco)

I have been working at Mazars full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The climate is average to not so ok, compensation is ok with salary rises depending on performance, performance perceived.

    Cons

Missions are not that well defined, a kind of non regulated random opportunities for who is to do whatever it takes to get them. Time-offs : u really are going to work a lot of week ends, and rarely make it home by the official daily work timing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

should take care more of the cabinet's expertise, otherwise what remains would be just a lot of managers and no expertise to manage
