Pros
Best is the compensation , and they encourage to achieve new technologies and automate most of the test cases to save time and energy
Cons
Sometimes , senior management is too harsh to the employees by doing unnecessary budget cuts much more than required.
Advice to Senior Management
Also sometimes think of the better growth opportunities for employees and provide them new projects to work .
