Pros
The helpful culture allows one to develop as one is working.
Range of clients is exceptional, making work very dynamic and interesting.
Good peer group support.Cons
Lack of fixed teams sometimes means that there is overlap and there can be confusion.
The work at times isn't high powered, which can de-motivate people.Advice to Senior Management
Improve the structure of the firm to allow more growth of firm.
