    Pros

Some people are dedicated, hard working and some of the most intelligent people you'really likely to meet.

    Cons

Upper Manager treat you with no respect, no eye contact, false recorded compliments like "keep up the good work". No salary increases. Talked down to, snapped at, yelled at and rudely spoken to by upper management who never want your opinion because you are not valued at all. They lay off the best people and never Upper Management who get great pay but really couldn't manage their way through anthing. Too many meetings where again you are yelled at and nothing is accomplished. Too much is put on the shoulders of the hardest workers. They'll leave..Be warned..

    Advice to Management

Hire coordinators. Listen to your employees. Pay increases after good yearly reviews. Stop yelling. Get rid of Upper Management who make very bad company choices. Hire better sales staff. Household still brings in revenue. Few meetings. More incentives for not just the sales staff.

    Pros

This company has many long term, loyal and hardworking people. Many of them understand the business and can do a great job for their customers.

    Cons

The low margins of the transportation industry make it difficult to keep profits flowing. Unfortunately, many of the hard workers are not rewarded.

    Advice to Management

Travel expenses and sales bonuses and raises for management are basically making it impossible for the non managers to ever get more money.

    Pros

The thing that most impressed me was the long term employees that were there.

    Cons

They keep laying off people to stay afloat and then turn around and hire new people.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to stop doing work for free and cut losses on companies that you are not making with and replace with good business. And for goodness sake, get out of Household.

Little to no incentive to continually providing the best service.

    Advice to Management

For senior management to remember; its the people doing the day to day interactions with the customers that keep the company moving forward.

    Pros

I have the great pleasure of working with good, helpful people who do their jobs well. This organization is very lucky.

    Cons

They have an archaic computer system. It barely provides and produces what we need to do our jobs well. The management seems confused and not sure what direction to go in.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect. Compensate them as they deserve. Don't forget their loyalty.
