I worked at McConnell Jones Lanier & Murphy full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great location and hours. Office building is very nice, you should remove some of the crap in the waiting area. We are not in Africa.

    Cons

To many employees coming and going. It's like a revolving door. You never know who is going to leave tomorrow. Upper management needs to hire someone to run the company. They understand accounting, but the other divisions are a joke, its only a matter of time before someone files a lawsuit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop trying to be someone your not, your successful, our fellow brothers and sisters are proud of you. Look close at HR,
