    Cons

I cant really say that there are any cons because i never experienced them in this company. I would recommend working for this hand.

I worked at McDonald's full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I was hired after an online application, which doesn't frequently happen. Furthermore, I had multiple managers, so office politics didn't get out of hand. Expectations are pretty clear, and the workload is usually tolerable.

    Cons

I didn't have much opportunity for advancement. The pay was just minimum wage, and there weren't any bonuses or rewards for better performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Interact with the workers more; Mystery Shop often wasn't enough incentive to do well. Also, expectations should be fairer for employees. I was reprimanded for using a cell phone during slow hours while my lazier coworker was left alone because it was expected of him. There also seems to be some favoritism towards personal friends. Try to cut back on that if possible.

I have been working at McDonald's part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Only people that have started at the bottom of employee latter move up. NO outside people can come and just be manager when they didnt pay their dues at the bottom.

    Cons

Too many different people training one person on how to do the same thing. One person hows me how to make something, and the next will take short cuts.....

    I worked at McDonald's

    Pros

Very busy and your making quick decisions all the time. But that's comes with the job. However, I have no regrets working there. I learned quite a bit how a business works.
