Terrific company to work for if you are in the right department

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Oak Brook, IL

I worked at McDonald's full-time for more than 10 years

ProsLOVED working for this company, excellent benefits, majority of the time worked with great people.

ConsYou can get burned out fast if you are in a badly managed department, but that would be the same anywhere. They don't have a healthy mentality at the Home Office, there was a VERY high rate of obesity there (I gained 70 lbs while working there).

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

McDonald's was very fast paced and if not organized could be very stressful!

Cashier (Current Employee)
