Pros
Co-workers are friendly, hours are good, work easy. Shift supervisors are on time and ready to work. Flexible with hours. A feeling of a team work environment.
Cons
Too many supervisor/manager changes, working on Christmas and not getting paid holiday pay, high turnover, the hiring process should weed out the more blatant "non-worker friendly/team player" kind of people.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire people that will actually stay for the job that they were hired for and make sure that they know how to do their jobs they were hired to do. Hire qualified people as Manager.
Pros
You can "coast" at work without really trying
Made friends
Enjoyed serving loyal customers
Cons
Inconsistent management
Rude customers
Senior management had unrealistic expectations
Advice to Senior Management
Get on the same page and don't expect so much out of employees you don't compensate well
Pros
If you work hard and do your job you get the hours
They are flexible
You get regular customers who are sweet
You can move up in the company
Discounted food
Cons
Lots to remember
Every once in awhile you get a negative customer
You will be on your feet and a lot of running around
Advice to Senior Management

Advice to Senior Management
Raise the pay
Pros
extensive training upon hire, plenty of opportunity for advancement, friendly staff, management has a good sense of humor. store management is lenient and open to time off requests
Cons
management is not always professional, equipment often malfunctions and doesn't get fixed for weeks, and crew hours get cut if it's found that they are looking for another job
Advice to Senior Management
sometimes questions are not appreciated by management, but if they will help your employees perform more efficiently, then why not?
Pros
working with the customers is the only thing i liked.
